Enjoying the treadmill. Easy to operate. Room to put phone, water and hand weights. The incline and speed adjustments are well placed and make for easy adjusting.
I purchased a recumbent elliptical to help me recover from a total knee replacement. It has provided me with a good range of motion exercise as well as some overall strength training. It is quiet and easily fits into my house. It did take seven weeks to arrive but well worth it now that it is here.
