United StatesI like this machine (a replacement for the same machine that I bought back in 2020 that broke almost immediately and could not be fixed despite 5 visits from repairmen). However, the people who set it up failed to grease the sliders and secure the left pedal. They sent out a technician who fixed the squeak but he failed to remove the wobble from the pedal. I would never purchase another Spirit product again because of these repeated issues even though the repair people where very responsive.
