            Bench Design

            The angled upright bench enables easy picking of the Olympic Bar with unencumbered range-of-motion and minimal external rotation of the shoulder joint. The tapered seat allows the exerciser to establish a comfortable “three point” stance position that increases stability during lifts.

            Easy-to-Use Adjustments

            The adjustable seat and front and rear bar catches provide proper fit and take-off point for a wide range of exercisers.

            Wear Guards
