The Inspire Leg Extension / Leg Curl attachment is designed to work with the Inspire FID and SCS benches only. Use the attachment to comfortably execute leg curl and extension exercises. The built-in weight horn allows you to add weight plates for added resistance. This attachment also ties into the FT2 cable resistance system if purchased with the FT2 Leg Kit option as well.
This Inspire leg attachment allows you to plate load the peg with free weights and perform a seated leg extension or a prone leg curl. Quality upholstery padding provides comfort.

Smooth movement for leg extension. Poor design that exacerbates low back stress when doing leg curl. The adjustable seat has to be at 45 degree to have pads meet knee in safe/comfortable position. With the position of the seat it is impossible to lay prone with the bench horizontal to floor as there is zero cushion between hips. To achieve hip/low back support, the head of bench needs to be in lowest position putting head well below heart and causing uncomfortable sliding and pressure at pads. This position also sends blood rushing to my head and decreases workout due to blood flow going uphill to the muscles that are being worked. The device also rests at an unnatural angle when placing legs behind the pads on the extension and curl. I have tried to watch every video possible and have seen no other way to improve. It is an injury waiting to happen. Not pleased. Appreciate recommendations if anyone has them?
