All thumbs up on the FT 1. There are so many more exercises I can do with it then you see in any videos. For example lat pull downs, just pick up a lat bar, seated rows on floor , leg extensions, leg curls, etc. All these can be done with a little thinking. if you would like more information on how to do these exercises just let me know.
